COVID-19 Guidelines

The McCreary County Water District office is open and following Federal and State COVID-19 guidelines. Please wear a mask before entering our building. Your safety our is our top priority.  Our office and drive-thru are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Our customers are also are encouraged to stay up to date with billing via our other payment methods which include: online payments here; toll free at 1-877-885-7968, available 24/7 for automated payments; and on your mobile phones with our Payment Service Network (PSN) app, downloadable for free on your iPhone and Android devices.  Those with issues paying their water or sewer bill using these alternative payment methods are encouraged to contact our office for assistance at 606-376-2540, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

Please note, the current COVID-19 situation does not affect water or sewer services in our community and all operational maintenance of the McCreary County Water District will continue as normal.
